SHIPPING: All orders purchased through BEAUTY & CARE will be shipped by Look Sensational. Note: Your shopping cart will display SHIPPING COST as $0.00. Once we receive your order, we will work out actual postage costs & send to you for confirmation. Postage cost is based on total cubic weight and Australia Post charges.
FAST DELIVERY AUSTRALIA-WIDE! We aim to ship your order within 2 days of receipt of payment.
POSTAL SERVICES Orders are sent via Registered Post or Express Post to ensure they arrive safely. A tracking number will be provided for your reference. Fees are Australia Post rates.
DELIVERY TIME Most orders are received within 1-6 days. For remote areas, it may take a little longer than other areas. If there is a delay, we can use the tracking number to check the status of your order.
REFUNDS If you are not completely satisfied with your item, simply notify us and return the item (in its original form) within 7 days of purchase. We will refund the purchase amount of the item - less postage costs.
DAMAGED ITEMS DURING TRANSIT We make every effort to package all items well to ensure they arrive safely. If in the event that your item is damaged during transit, please contact us. We will either refund the purchase amount OR send you a replacement.
