- AUSTRALIAN ORDERS -
AUSTRALIAN orders are sent via Express Post or Courier to ensure they arrive safely.
A tracking number will be provided for your reference.

$12.00 SYDNEY POSTAGE SPECIAL (up to 50kg) is offered for delivery within Sydney metro area (to a street address only, no PO Box).
Each 50kg thereafter will also be eligible for the special rate of $12.00 ea.

Please email us with your suburb and postcode to see if you qualify for the Sydney postage cap.

IMPORTANT:
During CHECKOUT, please select the Shipping option based on your location.

For example:
You can only select the "Sydney Postage Cap" if your postal address is within Sydney metro area and delivery is to a street address only, not PO Box.

If you are unsure that your postal address qualitifes for the postage cap, please email us with your SUBURB and POST CODE and we will check for you.

Shipping costs are based on Australia Post / Courier rates. When your order is processed, we will use the delivery method which is most economical for your order.

Orders are dispatched from Sydney NSW.

Estimated delivery times.
Delivery to most metro areas: 1-2 business days.
Other remote areas: 2-7 business days.
WA, TAS, and NT: 2-7 business days.

- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS -
INTERNATIONAL orders are sent via Express Courier International only. This ensures that your parcel arrives safely.
You can check the status of your parcel at any time (door-to-door).
A tracking number will be provided for your reference.

Shipping costs are based on weight of parcel and are actual Australia Post rates (+ $2.00 AUD for packing materials and customs processing).

PICKUPS
We are an ONLINE BUSINESS only. Strictly no pickup available.


REFUNDS
We do not accept returns for Change Of Mind.
We only accept returns for faulty items. You must notify us within 5 days of receiving the item.
Upon return of the item, we will either send you a replacement, or offer a refund if we no longer have the item in stock.


DAMAGED ITEMS DURING TRANSIT
We make every effort to package all items well to ensure they arrive safely. If in the event that your item is damaged during transit, please contact us. We will either refund the purchase amount OR send you a replacement.
